As a biologically active food supplement – a source of vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Contains collagen peptides.
Made from hydrolyzed bovine collagen types 1 and 3. The hydrolyzation process breaks it down into smaller peptides, which, combined with vitamin C, makes it more easily absorbed by the body.
The daily dose (4 capsules) contains 2000 mg of collagen and 160 mg of vitamin C (ascorbic acid).

Adults: 2 capsules 1-2 times daily (in the morning at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before meals, or in the evening, two hours after the last meal). Duration of use: at least 30 days. The optimal course of treatment is 3 months. If necessary, the course of treatment can be extended.
