This organic, bioavailable form of magnesium is easily absorbed and helps protect against stress, reduce nervousness and irritability, improve concentration, and restore sleep patterns.
Content of biologically active substances in 1 capsule:
Magnesium - 100 mg
Vitamin B6 - 1.5 mg

Adults: 2 capsules twice daily. Children aged 7 to 17: 1 capsule once daily. For easier administration, children can open the capsule and add (sprinkle) the contents into water, juice, milk, etc. Duration of treatment: 1 month.
