In 2024, PHARMACOR PRODUCTION joined more than 270 participating enterprises in the national project “Labor Productivity” with the assistance of RCC experts. This project ensures the formation of a new production culture in the Russian Federation and is designed to create conditions for an annual increase in labor productivity in the country.
The kick-off meeting was dedicated to the opening of a project to optimize the pilot production flow with targeted support from the RCC, and the stage of diagnostics of the production process of dietary supplements began.
“The implementation of lean manufacturing tools is, first of all, an increase in efficiency and productivity, and as a result, the stable growth and development of our company,” notes Managing Director Elena Valentinovna Novikova.
RCC experts, together with the enterprise’s working group, plan to achieve the following indicators:
-reducing product production time,
-reducing inventories,
-increasing production.
The following activities are planned as part of the project:
-training employees in lean manufacturing tools,
- production flow mapping,
-diagnostics of problems in production and warehouse,
-development of a competency matrix for employees,
- organization of workplaces according to the 5C system and much more.
